I'm Georgia, a journalist and editor based in the UK.

I'm currently West Midlands Editor at TheBusinessDesk.com, covering the full business landscape across the region — property, professional services, markets and investment, deals, manufacturing, tech, hospitality and retail — alongside a commercial remit spanning speaker sourcing, roundtables, dinners and regional awards programmes.

Before that, I spent six-plus years as News Editor at Retail Gazette, the UK's leading B2B retail title, leading editorial strategy, audience growth and multi-channel content across fashion, sportswear and consumer brands including Gymshark, Nike, ASOS, Pandora and Clarks. That work spanned long-form features, daily newsletters reaching 500K+ readers, social copy and broadcast commentary.

My work sits at the intersection of editorial quality and commercial impact, across two different worlds: broad regional business journalism, and specialist consumer brand storytelling. I'm continuing to build toward content strategy, communications and leadership roles where that combination is the point.

Also a freelance photographer, with an eye for visual storytelling across digital and editorial contexts.
